Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent full time (36.25 hours per week) Property Surveyor [Assets], based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington, with a salary of £33,834-£36,395 per annum.

Degree, HNC or equivalent in a construction discipline, knowledge of housing construction and maintenance including energy efficiency and improvement measures alongside a positive attitude to provide a first-class service to our customers when delivering improvements to their homes. Candidates will ideally have experience or knowledge of the "Social Housing" sector, construction health & Safety legislation and be a good communicator capable of working with standard and bespoke computer & software systems., Disability Confident
