Who will I be supporting?
- Two lovely ladies and a gentleman in their early 20s who will soon be moving in to their first supported living home
- They have autism, learning disabilities, visual impairments and the gentleman communicates via body language and sign language
- They attend college, day services and work placements, and like a lot of young people, they love being out and about socialising with their friends, spending time on social media and going to the pub for food
- They also have loving and supportive families who they enjoy spending time with
What will I be doing?
- Living in their own homes is a big step for these young people so we are looking for patient, empathetic, and positive people to support them through this next important stage of their lives
- Day to day you will be supporting them to live their lives how they choose, to be themselves and to achieve their goals
- Support will include prompting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning, and laundry

What shifts are available?
- Waking Nights, 10pm-7am
- We're looking for people with flexibility to work on a rota basis that includes weekdays and weekends
- Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to allow a healthy work life balance- something we're really passionate about!
