As a Customer Logistics Manager, you are in charge of overseeing the customer supply chain operations of the business unit UK-ROI. You ensure customers receive their orders on time and in full, while using the most efficient and effective cost-to-serve model. You are the SPOC for any logistics queries related to the customer supply chain of the retail and healthcare markets UK-ROI.
Responsibilities:
* Leading and developing the Healthcare customer logistics team in Corby and the Warehouse & Transport team in Belgium.
* Continuously monitoring the customer specific E2E supply chain and delivering effective support to avoid supply disruptions and ensure perfect order fulfillment.
* Performance measurement and management of the relevant logistics provider in the customer supply chain.
* Improving supply chain relevant KPIs and cost-to-serve in cooperation with the respective commercial teams.
* Managing the logistics budget for the customer supply chain and driving cost initiatives to reduce overall EUR/m3.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent by experience.
* Minimum 10 years of experience with logistics and customer service processes in an international context.
* Excellent knowledge of English.
* Willing to make occasional short trips within Europe.
* Key user knowledge and experience in SAP SD module is a must.
* Experience in a broader context of supply chain (planning, forecasting, purchasing, logistics).
* Results-oriented and customer-minded, able to identify and implement meaningful continuous improvement opportunities.
* Good communication skills with all levels of an organization.
