Position Title: Business Development Manager
Reporting To: Senior Management Team
Location: Flexible/Hybrid. On the road working required.
Working Hours: 9.00 – 18.00
Salary: Starting salary £40,000 DOE with Bonus Structure

We're searching for a Business Development Manager who can readily adapt all required responsibilities and processes to successfully develop and implement development opportunities within our Healthcare Recruitment Group, as a result of our recent extraordinary expansion. The successful candidate will be in charge of ensuring the timely completion of business development initiatives and finding particular modes of growth potential for presentation to the Senior Management Team. To ensure that all prospective growth prospects can be realized successfully, the Business Development Manager must be able to interact and integrate the necessary knowledge and feedback from within the company.

What will you be doing as a Business Development Manager?
* Overall responsibility for Sales and Service Development strategy in the UK
* For each division, developing, planning, and executing a strategy plan to achieve the desired growth
* Manage the lead generation process from start to finish, from initial contact to contract
* Provide a high-quality, customer-focused service
* Identify key decision makers within an organization and build and nurture relationships
* Maintain current customer relationships while looking for opportunities to increase spend profiles and identify cross-selling prospects
* Prepare management performance reports, including competitor analysis
* Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
* Lead sales pitches for new business including identification of new business/referral opportunities including new markets
* Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
* Developing quotes, proposals, and presentations for all clients
The person we are looking for?
* Proven track record of building and developing a sales pipeline
* Strong strategic thinking and commercial understanding of the healthcare sector
* Ability to build long-standing strategic partnerships and client relationships
* Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
* Outstanding research and strategic analysis skills
* Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
* Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
