Job summary We are recruiting suitably qualified, enthusiastic individuals to undertake a podiatry degree through an apprenticeship scheme running in collaboration with the University of East London starting in September 2025. The successful candidates will work within East and North Hertfordshire The Apprenticeship is four years in duration and on completion of a BSc (Hons) degree in Podiatry will allow you to progress into a HCPC registered podiatry role and remain at the trust as a qualified Podiatrist To qualify for the apprentice program the successful candidate must meet the following criteria: Be over 18 years old Resident in the UK for the last 3 years Should have GCSE's level 2/Grade C in Maths and English Successfully completed study at Level 3 including a science. Podiatrists are registered healthcare professionals specialising in the lower limb (feet, ankles, legs) providing high quality hands on clinical care. Podiatrists work with people of all ages and provide advice, assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a range of problems affecting the foot and lower limb. Main duties of the job The Podiatry Apprenticeship combines full time employment, work-based learning and academic study at Foundation Degree Level (Level 5).
