We are collaborating with a private client who is seeking a number of Registered Mental Health Nurses to join their Hospital in Cheadle, Manchester.
The Hospital operates a comprehensive inpatient mental health service for young people aged between 13 and 18 years, comprising of open acute and psychiatric intensive care services.
We’re recruiting RMN’s for the following Wards:
* CAMHS
* Acute
* PICU
* EDU
* Specialist DBT Unit for personality disorders
Location: Based at a local Hospital in Cheadle, Manchester
Working Hours: Full time/part time/nights available
Vacancy type: Permanent
Key responsibilities:
* Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes and acting as the patients named nurse. This includes the evaluation and review of these plans, with the patient/Service User, on a frequent basis, that is reflective of their needs.
* Accurately communicate with, observe and engage with Service Users in order to assess need and evaluate progress.
* Understand and participate in relevant quality improvement processes and clinical governance.
* Provide accurate information about care in an accessible format to residents/service Users and their families.
Requirements:
* Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
