My client, who operates as a main contractor, is seeking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager who is looking to step up to manage their own projects.
The position is based on a manufacturing facility in the Wrexham area and covers all aspects of maintenance and small internal building projects.
The ideal candidate will be from a joinery background and hold SSSTS/SMSTS certifications. Additionally, the candidate should be IT literate.
Duties will include:
1. Close client interface
2. Ordering of plant, labor, and materials
3. Health and safety on site
4. Day-to-day supervision of works
Site hours are Monday to Friday.
