Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Automated Equipment Servicer to join our team at Swisslog. As a key member of our site operations, you will be responsible for carrying out automated materials handling equipment servicing, in accordance with quality standards.
The Role
* Supporting our Resident Site Engineers, you will carry out automated materials handling equipment servicing, in accordance with quality standards.
* Breakdown and planned preventative maintenance on a variety of automated machinery, to include cranes; conveyors; vertical lifts; monorail system and a deep freeze high bay.
* Working in a cold environment (-18 degrees)
* Working at heights.
* Representing the company in a professional manner and always striving for excellence and best practice in all tasks undertaken.
The Person
* You will be an Engineering Site Technician, with a good level of competence in Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering
* An Apprentice trained Engineer, with a minimum Level 2 Qualification.
* You must have GCSEs Grade C or above in Maths, English and Science.
* Able to communicate effectively at all levels and adapt to new and changing demands and situations.
* Able to share knowledge with others proactively and always show integrity.
