Description We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support KJUS, our premium performance apparel brand, from our European headquarters. (KJUS is part of Acushnet Holdings, the parent company of the Acushnet Group). We’re on the lookout for an energetic and detail-obsessed Accounts Assistant to join our team The Role: Supporting the KJUS Swiss team and US group, you'll manage both Credit and Collections and Accounts Payable duties. You'll handle cash receipts, apply payments in the ERP system, investigate customer enquiries, and provide AR aging and bad debt reports. Also processing invoices, resolve exceptions, and support supplier inquiries. Additionally, you'll assist with month-end activities, including journals and reconciliations, and help with audits when needed. You will collaborate with various teams, work on process improvements, take on ad hoc tasks, and provide support for other finance roles as required. We are looking for someone who has the following skills/educational background: Previous experience in an accounts department. Proficient in Excel, NetSuite, Sage, or similar financial software. Works efficiently demonstrating a high level of speed and accuracy. Precision in processing invoices, expenses, and maintaining financial records. Understanding of relevant financial standards and regulations. Ability to work independently with complex data. Ability to meet deadlines, particularly during month-end and year-end reporting.
