Team Administrator – Property and Construction

Reporting to the Head of Property & Construction, Southern region as Team Administrator, this is a great opportunity to join an award winning division at CPC, providing project support to the client and project teams and assisting our internal project teams by carrying out ad-hoc tasks to support the wider Company.
Day to day, you will:
* Arrange and manage all internal meetings required by the (e.g. team meetings, business development meetings, 1-2-1s, project reviews, client reviews etc).
* Arrange and manage travel requirement of the team as and when required.
* Diarise, prepare, attend and take and distribute minutes at monthly Team meetings.
* Handle incoming emails, correspondence and post, briefing papers, reports and presentations as directed.
* Support the bi-annual appraisals for the team.
* Carry out specific projects and research as directed.
* Devise and maintain SharePoint folders specific team and projects, ensuring filing system is being followed by team.
* Assist Partners with their administrative, working closely with them and other members of the senior team.
* Deal with ad-hoc requests from the team project support.
* Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests, handling them when appropriate.
Additionally the Team Administrator will:
* Administrate CPC’s commission management processes.
* Deliver financial admin using focal point updates, invoicing schedules, timesheets.
* Update forecasting of divisional Partners pipeline within specific timescales
* Assist with Bid administration, including the management of portals, generating proposal documents, tracker updates.
* Produce capability statements as required.
The successful candidate will:
* Be educated to A- Level standard or equivalent as a minimum.
* Be an adept user of Microsoft packages
* Display strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask
* Have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Show the ability to use initiative
* Be reliable and self-motivated
* Offer discretion & integrity in dealing with confidential information
