The successful candidate will have retail, trades, or construction experience with a focus on customer support, communication, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Job Description:
1. Our Branch Supervisors are hands-on, lead by example, and work closely with the Branch Manager in day-to-day branch operations.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers.
3. Ensure excellence in customer service, operational standards, and Branch sales targets are achieved.
4. Support the delivery of sales targets while developing and maintaining positive customer relationships.
5. Assist with the delivery of branch operations.
6. Provide support and assistance to Branch colleagues as required.
7. Support the Branch Manager to ensure the team completes actions and activities on time and in full.
8. Ensure Branch team compliance with Health and Safety, company policies, and procedures.
9. Undertake stocktakes and audits.
10. Maintain maintenance records for Branch vehicles.
11. Conduct Branch housekeeping for front of house, warehousing, and merchanting.
Person Specification:
1. Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
2. A hands-on customer-focused approach, confident and happy to serve customers and proactively engage with potential future customers.
3. A commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins, while ensuring our customers always walk away happy.
4. Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and use own initiative.
5. Confident IT user, with experience of MS Office and industry-standard software (e.g., SAP).
6. A full and valid driving license is essential, and a FLT license could be a distinct advantage.
7. The ability to cover for the Branch Manager when required.
8. Previous branch stock take experience could be a distinct advantage.
9. Comfortable working in a small team and on occasion, alone.
10. Experience within a similar role ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or uPVC environment could be a distinct advantage.
