Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting key decision-makers in the commercial office fit-out sector, including architects, designers, property developers, and corporate clients.
2. Identify and secure new projects through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.
4. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
5. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations showcasing our expertise, capabilities, and project portfolio.
6. Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact to project handover, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
7. Collaborate effectively with internal teams including project management, design, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
1. Open to experience level, minimum 3 years of proven success in business development within the commercial office fit-out sector, with contacts in the industry.
2. Strong understanding of the design and construction process, including relevant building codes and regulations.
3. Proven ability to identify and secure new clients, build relationships, and close deals.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software.
7. A network of contacts within the architecture, design, and construction industry is highly desirable.
