They’re at the cutting edge of supplying market-leading products at better prices to improve margins for their clients while ensuring optimized patient outcomes.
With exciting product expansion and a customer-first approach, this business is growing fast, and now, they’re looking for 2 x Business Development Managers to join the team and make a real impact.
Purpose of the Role:
You’ll be responsible for building excellent business relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering outstanding customer service in your territory. You’ll also provide valuable market insights to ensure the business remains competitive and offers the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Successfully manage and develop accounts in your assigned territory.
✅ Achieve agreed sales and profit targets.
✅ Maximize customer relationships with a “customer-first” attitude.
✅ Develop innovative sales strategies across the product range.
✅ Promote special offers and communicate them positively.
✅ Work closely with Telesales and Customer Services for seamless collaboration.
✅ Provide competitor insights and market feedback to stay competitive.
✅ Attend trade shows to showcase company products and services.
Additional Responsibilities (WDA):
Follow proper procedures for customer accounts and product returns.
Assist with recalls and customer notifications.
Report deviations, unusual sales patterns, and complaints promptly.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with ALCOA+ principles.
