We are currently recruiting for a People Business Partner to join our People team.
As a key member of the People team, you will join the specialist business partnering arm of our team, with responsibility for helping shape the people strategy and deliver this across the business.
Your key accountabilities will include:
1. Work closely with business leaders and line managers to enhance their people capability, develop talent strategies, and implement approaches that deliver measurable business outcomes.
2. Collaborate with People Business Partners to execute the overarching people strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving impact across your areas of responsibility.
3. Influencing and challenging senior stakeholders with confidence, and recommending tailored HR solutions that address specific business needs.
4. Coach and develop leaders in managing change, development, capability and performance related issues, driving fairness, consistency and transparency.
5. Lead strategic HR initiatives to drive transformation, challenge the status quo, and boost business performance, ensuring a forward-thinking and resilient approach to change.
What we are looking for:
1. Proven HR Business Partner expertise.
2. Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and drive change in a positive way.
3. Experience in employee relations, performance management and change management.
4. A confident self-starter who thrives on pioneering new approaches, inspiring others, and delivering innovative solutions.
5. Solid understanding of UK employment laws and best practice.
6. Grounding in commercial and business strategy, with the ability to align people initiatives with commercial priorities.
7. Experience across talent, engagement and working with specialist talent acquisition teams.
8. Experience of building strong working relationships with senior business leaders.
9. Data literate with the ability to tell a story and influence using business and people data.
