Content & Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you a creative powerhouse who loves social media, content creation, and marketing automation?
We’re looking for a Digital Content & Marketing Manager to help us grow our online presence, manage multimedia content, and automate key marketing processes. If you have a blend of video editing, social media strategy, design skills, and tech know-how, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
Social Media Management
1. Plan, edit, and upload engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
2. Grow our social media following and engagement through creative strategies.
3. Stay ahead of social media trends and best practices.
Video Editing & Graphic Design
1. Edit videos for social media, online courses, and marketing materials.
2. Design eye-catching graphics, thumbnails, and promotional content.
3. Use tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar.
Content Management & Uploading
1. Upload, update, and organize member content (video trainings, workbooks, graphics, PowerPoint presentations).
2. Ensure all digital assets are neatly structured and accessible.
Website & Landing Page Updates
1. Edit and optimize landing pages and checkout pages.
2. Ensure all content is up-to-date and conversion-friendly.
Marketing Automation & CRM
1. Set up automations, integrations, and CRM systems to streamline workflows.
2. Using A.I solutions to streamline processes.
3. Optimize marketing funnels and ensure seamless customer journeys.
Email Marketing & Media Distribution
1. Create and send email marketing campaigns.
2. Upload and distribute media files, including videos and podcasts, to various platforms.
Who You Are:
A creative and strategic thinker with experience in content creation & marketing.
Skilled in video editing, graphic design, and social media growth.
Familiar with tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar.
Comfortable working with landing pages, email marketing, and automation tools (e.g. Keap, GoHighLevel, Zapier).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
