Job Summary
Kiwa Agri Food is seeking a Technical Reviewer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. After completing an initial training period, you will be responsible for reviewing technical reports and supporting the technical management of the TASCC Scheme. About the role
1. Report to the TASCC Scheme Manager and support the technical management of the sector
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and scheme owners
3. Carry out the technical review on reports, ensuring sufficient information has been received from both the assessor, and the client in response to non-conformities raised
4. Provide technical support to both employed and contracted assessors and technical reviewers
5. Report quality issues or potential scheme or accreditation non-conformities to the TASCC Scheme Manager
6. Update and maintain records and reports in electronic systems
7. Support accurate and timely reporting of scheme activity
8. Attend meetings, training seminars, and industry events as required
9. Ensure the quality of the service we offer
10. Maintain technical knowledge via continual personal development and develop knowledge of other areas in the sector
Do you have what it takes?
1. Excellent planning and organizational skills
2. Ability to work and reach targets set independently
3. Good working knowledge of typical IT tools (Microsoft Office, etc)
4. Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, accuracy, reliability, and flexibility
5. Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations at all levels
6. Experience in the agrifood industry (preferred but not essential)
