Salary: 28K plus bonus, other perks are tips and 40% off food and drink. The role of the Restaurant Manager involves overall responsibility for the site according to company standards. This includes managing and developing Bar Managers, Head Chef & Sous Chefs, Supervisors and key staff, motivating staff and ensuring customer experience. The Restaurant Manager reports to the Operations Manager to maintain and develop company principles and values, including:

* Cost of Sales analysis
