About the Role:
We are looking for a Supply Lead, Acquisition – Experiences to drive the sourcing and curation of high-quality, in-demand experiences led by expert hosts. You will play a key role in expanding our portfolio, managing the supply acquisition funnel, and ensuring that new hosted experiences align with strategic business objectives.
This role sits within the Acquisition Team, a multidisciplinary group dedicated to identifying and developing unique hosted experiences that foster human connection and enhance our brand’s creative vision. You will work closely with a team of vendors and report to the Senior Manager, Supply Acquisition – Experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the acquisition of new experiences, from planning through to execution, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and milestones.
* Stay informed on trends in travel, entertainment, and hospitality, actively identifying and engaging new hosts to bring fresh, high-quality experiences to the platform.
* Lead meetings, provide project updates, and work cross-functionally to align teams and remove blockers.
* Maintain accurate project records, track supply goals, and create visual presentations and pitch materials.
* Oversee vendor relationships, ensure high standards in experience curation, and conduct regular assessments to enhance quality.
About You:
* Extensive experience in creative development, project management, and supply acquisition within travel, entertainment, or marketing.
* Strong industry knowledge of travel, entertainment, and hospitality, with a sharp eye for spotting trends and identifying top-quality experiences.
* Proven project management skills, including handling schedules, budgets, deliverables, and vendor management.
* Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring colleagues.
* Comfortable working with technical teams (engineering, product, data) to align strategies.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience managing CRM systems and dashboards.
