If you are an experienced HR Administrator looking for your next opportunity, our Employee Lifecycle team are looking for someone to join the team on a temporary basis. The role is part of our People Shared Services Hub where we support our employees globally. You will build your knowledge and capability to include Service Delivery, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Reward to provide effective support to projects and business as usual activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage complex transactions during leave of absence, redundancy, and business change events.
2. Provide advice and guidance on policy and process throughout the employee lifecycle.
3. Ensure accurate data is provided to Payroll for payment processing.
4. Identify and resolve processing, system, and automation errors.
5. Meet risk, compliance, and data privacy requirements.
6. Build relationships across teams and external vendors to ensure effective processing and escalation management.
7. Communicate effectively with managers and employees.
8. Manage own workload and flexibly support the team as needed.
9. Review work processes to identify and implement improvements.

You will work within a small team that supports each other with advice where needed but also work independently, coming together in the Bristol office 3 days per week.
What will you bring to the role?
1. Previous HR and administration experience is highly desirable.
2. Knowledge and experience of HR operating systems.
3. You must be computer literate with an understanding of Excel.
4. Be able to deal with sensitive situations showing empathy and compassion to our employees.
5. A process driven approach with an affinity for dealing with people.
6. CIPD level 3 and above would be advantageous but not essential as training will be given.
