About the Role:
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into classrooms across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of regular teachers. No previous teaching experience is required—just strong communication skills, patience, and a knack for engaging others. This role will allow you to develop leadership skills, learn effective classroom management, and work with students of various ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
