As a member of our collaborative team, you will: - Lead the technical delivery of water network modelling, network management, and optimisation projects and programmes, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule. - Leverage your experience in water network modelling and management to shape methodologies and solutions, driving best-in-class outcomes. - Mentor junior team members, developing their technical and non-technical skills to support their career growth and the team's development. We welcome individuals from varied backgrounds, including regulatory, water companies, or consultancy, who have recent experience applying their knowledge of water networks and hydraulic modelling. We are looking for: - Experience leading staff in hydraulic model development, design, and operational support, with advanced water systems knowledge. - Ability to lead impact assessments, growth studies, and optimization projects. - Advanced data analysis skills for water balance and network data. - Expertise in hydraulic modelling software (e.g., InfoWorks, SynerGi, InfoWater, ArcGIS). - Experience in asset risk assessment, client liaison, business development, and report writing. - A relevant degree; postgraduate degree and chartership are preferred.
