Our client is an established organisation looking for an experienced recruitment/talent acquisition manager to join their team.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in the office and the rest from home.
This is a newly created standalone opportunity, which will allow the successful candidate to manage and shape the role.
About the role
1. Ensure vacancies have the correct attraction and advertising approach.
2. Manage and deliver the end-to-end recruitment process for all vacancies.
3. Manage advertising for all vacancies ensuring adverts attract the correct candidates and talent.
4. Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
5. Forward shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers to conduct interviews.
6. Identify ways to establish and promote brand awareness.
7. Develop the candidate management system to attract candidates and onboard new employees.
8. Develop candidate assessment and benchmarking against competitors and best practices.
9. Provide feedback to the business on external recruitment trends and developments.
10. Support Line Managers to define assessment and selection approaches relevant for their function.
11. Where required, liaise with external suppliers regarding temporary and permanent recruitment.
About You
1. Knowledge and experience of the full end-to-end recruitment process.
2. Experience working in a fast-paced organisation.
3. Experience of driving recruitment campaigns through various channels including social media / LinkedIn.
4. Ability to maintain and manage relationships with internal and external contacts.
5. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise.
