The Hours: Full time, 40 hours including weekend over when required
We have an immediate requirement available for a Resident Services Advisor to join our client's business located in Sheffield city centre. Initially, this role will be three weeks cover, but is likely to be extended.
Our client lets beautiful apartments in Sheffield City Centre, and whilst sales and lettings experience would be advantageous, this is not essential. We are looking to speak to candidates who thrive working within a face-to-face customer service environment, are super organised, and are confident rolling up their sleeves and supporting the team.
This will be a fast-paced and varied role that will include the following responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for current tenants within the building
2. Meeting prospective residents
3. Managing lease renewals and contracts
4. Liaising with maintenance regarding any issues within the building
5. Providing general administrative support to the General Manager
6. Conducting viewings with prospective residents
7. Supporting the team with check-ins and check-outs
8. Carrying out inspections when required

1. A passion for delivering first-class customer service
2. Confident liaising with people face-to-face and on the telephone
3. Exceptional organisational skills
4. Solid administrative skills including confidence using IT
5. Professional and friendly manner, able to build rapport with people easily
