Position Available: SEN Teacher
Location: West London areas
Start Date: September
Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM ⏰
Salary: Paid to Scale
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with special educational needs.
2. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
3. Work collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students.
4. Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and procedures.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
7. Experience working with students with special educational needs, including knowledge of various learning disabilities and strategies to support them.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
9. Adaptability and resilience to meet the diverse needs of students in a dynamic educational setting.
10. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
