Position Available: SEN Teacher π

Hours: 8:30 AM β 4:30 PM β°
Salary: Paid to Scale π°
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with special educational needs. π
2. Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. π
3. Work collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) for students. π©βπ«
4. Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues. π
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and procedures. π
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. π
7. Experience working with students with special educational needs, including knowledge of various learning disabilities and strategies to support them. π©βπ
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. π¬
9. Adaptability and resilience to meet the diverse needs of students in a dynamic educational setting. πͺ
