The Role:
They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and drive the growth of the business. This senior leadership position is part of a succession planning strategy to strengthen the sales function and accelerate the company’s expansion, particularly within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will bring technical sales experience and a proven track record in business development, particularly within injection and blow moulding, to lead the sales team, expand relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities.
