Role Description As an Associate Sales Consultant at Airswift in Houston, you will play a key role in driving business development and expanding opportunities across North America. Your primary focus will be to promote Airswift’s services and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, helping them achieve their strategic goals through effective workforce solutions. Principle Accountabilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within North America. Promote the services of Airswift and establish lasting, productive business relationships with clients. Demonstrate how Airswift’s services add value to clients and help them achieve their strategic goals. Maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified candidates and connect them with appropriate client opportunities. Utilize leads, business networking, research tools, region-specific targeting, and cold calling to identify new business opportunities. Ensure debt resolution in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to cover delivery needs across the client portfolio. Develop and implement marketing strategies (advertising, networking, and industry-specific organizations) to maximize opportunities. Negotiate contracts in partnership with the legal team to ensure favorable terms for Airswift. Work with clients and candidates to facilitate interviews and placements. Meet sales targets (KPIs) and monitor monthly sales performance against forecast. Collaborate with the North American management team to ensure efficient communication and alignment on business activities. Manage the definition, scope, design, and implementation of client projects in coordination with vendors and stakeholders. Develop workflows to manage project delivery, ensuring high-quality customer experience within scope, timeline, and budget. Report and review sales performance monthly against targets. Network with internal teams to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience. Fully adopt and maintain candidate management systems to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelor’s preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to effectively network with senior-level professionals. Ability to travel up to 50% to regional client worksites. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Required Skills: Problem Solving : Ability to identify challenges and think critically to develop effective solutions. Critical Thinking : Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs, market conditions, and business opportunities. Microsoft Office : Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for effective communication, reporting, and data analysis. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for relationship building and client management. Sales Acumen : Previous sales or business development experience is a plus, but not required. Time Management : Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability : Comfortable in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and goals. Teamwork : Collaborative mindset to work closely with a global team to meet sales targets.
