We’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team at Hope House.
You’ll work closely with individuals in their homes and within the community, helping them lead more independent, empowered, and fulfilling lives.

You’re passionate about helping others and committed to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You’re proactive, empathetic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
You understand the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding and can handle documentation with care and accuracy.
What will your role look like?
Provide person-centred support, empowering individuals to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
Offer practical help in areas such as financial support, self-care, well-being, education, and social participation.
Help residents build confidence, make informed decisions, and celebrate their successes.
Liaise with external agencies to ensure access to the best resources and services for the people you support.
Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful living environment within shared accommodations.
Build positive relationships with residents, ensuring their best interests are always at the forefront.
Facilitate person-centred planning to support residents in achieving their goals and dreams.
Actively participate in supervision, training, and development opportunities to grow your skills and enhance the support you provide.
Be part of a team that promotes resident choice and encourages independence.
