Chronos Energy have partnered with a leading Energy company to help them appoint a Maintenance Manager (District Heating) to oversee the management, operation, and development of our district heating services. This role will involve leading a team of technical and operational staff, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of heating services to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. Operational Management: Lead the day-to-day operation of our district heating networks, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Team Leadership: Manage and supervise a team of Engineers and support staff. Provide training, development, and performance management to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Oversee planned and reactive maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to customers. Resolve complex technical issues promptly to avoid service downtime.
Conduct risk assessments and audits regularly.
Budget Management: In conjunction with the Regional Head of Operations, prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and optimal use of resources. Customer Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for key clients, addressing customer concerns and ensuring high levels of service. Work with the customer service team to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.
Education: Appropriate technical qualifications: appropriate City & Guilds mechanical or electrical or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in district heating, energy management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
