Key Responsibilities
* Manage and influence complex project work-scopes
* Deliver projects under CDM
* Utilize advanced project management techniques across multi-functional organizations
* Understand engineering, design, procurement, safety case, construction and installation/commissioning management and commercial contracting
* Ensure compliance with HSE legislation and CDM regulations
* Use reporting tools covering estimating, scheduling, programming, reports and risk analysis & earned value tools
* Manage projects throughout the full project lifecycle, across a range of complex multi-discipline projects/environments, and the effective & supportive management of an integrated project team
* Cultivate stakeholder relationships at all levels
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Advanced project management techniques across multi-functional organisations.
* Promote and maintain effective & positive communications with all stakeholders.
* To drive forward, manage and influence complex project work-scopes. Monitor progress of the programme against milestones, budget and deadlines.
* Undertake contract activities supported by the Commercial Manager to include claims, variations & technical queries.
* In-depth understanding and knowledge of project management, financial/commercial management and change management. Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Promotion & adherence to HSEQ policies and procedures.
Qualifications / Accreditations
* Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
* APMP formal project management qualification or equivalent
* BPSS/CTC Cleared or ability to achieve this
