About the Role: As an Engineer, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and improving mechanical systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems, equipment, and components for various applications. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions into overall project plans. Provide support with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of mechanical systems. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored engineering solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality assurance procedures, and industry regulations. Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and technical documentation for clients and stakeholders. Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the engineering operations. Support junior engineers and share knowledge to contribute to team growth and development. What We’re Looking For: A degree in Mechanical Engineering. Previous experience working in an engineering role. Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience in the mechanical engineering sector. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to take on new challenges
