My client is an established, reputable, customer-centric Financial Services business, specialising in the provision of finance to businesses across the UK. They are now looking for an Internal Account Manager to join their team based in Wakefield. You will be responsible for supporting two Regional Account Managers with their existing accounts and sales pipeline, ensuring that you are achieving and exceeding sales targets through maintaining contact with key relationships and providing administrational support.
This is a full time, permanent and office based role.
Responsibilities of the Internal Account Manager include;
To manage and update the pipeline of opportunities ensuring all opportunities are followed up and progressed, accurately reflecting the current position on the CRM system.
To provide a reliable point of contact for accounts and handle any enquiries required.
To secure and collate any required information to ensure the sales process in progressing efficiently.
Key Skills/Behaviours of the Internal Account Manager:
Have good communication skills, both written and verbal and have excellent telephone manner.
Good time management skills and able to prioritise workloads to ensure targets are met.
