Private Client Assistant
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Assistant to join a highly regarded Private Client Team based in the Forest of Dean. The team manages a busy caseload, working together seamlessly to deliver a client-focused and efficient service.
The successful applicant will ideally have some experience with Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney; however, full training will be provided. The role will involve the following duties:
* Performing secretarial tasks, including taking calls, typing letters, and preparing attendance notes.
* Assisting with Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney (training provided if needed).
* Raising bills and handling client onboarding.
You will:
* Be well-organised and able to manage your workload efficiently.
* Demonstrate resilience and composure under pressure.
* Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Have strong IT skills, particularly with Excel and Word.
* Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
* Uphold the firm's reputation by providing first-class service.
