Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively with all Team Leaders to ensure all teams are up to speed with current best practice and delivering to the required standards
2. Provide clinical support to case managers and the wider business within expert field and participate in MDT reviews where required.
3. Ensure the team have a thorough understanding of what is in/out of scope for each client; and to keep pace with clients' respective business objectives, priorities and values concerning the health and well-being of their workforce
4. To maintain the individual audit schedule and through regular call & case auditing, identify any areas for development to help improve quality of delivery & ensure consistently high standard
5. Ensure the team are able to identify and communicate the multifactorial issues associated with the individuals current episode of ill health / injury
6. Ensure the team actively participate in supervision and / or provide clinical supervision for the delivery of interventions through the Careline (where applicable)
7. Ensure the team can actively promote and deliver evidence-based psychological interventions
8. Ensure the team has the ability to source clinicians, clinics and hospitals while always considering clinical appropriateness
9. Ensure the case managers meet all legal compliance requirements and quality assurance standards
