Are you a Junior Project Manager from a Construction background looking to co-ordinate and manage some of the largest bespoke construction projects in the UK with clear progression ladders, bespoke training, and 2 days a week WFH?
This business was created in 2015 from an offshoot of a very successful group of construction companies. Since 2015, they have grown from 1 employee to 120. Their continued success means they have a requirement for a Junior Project Manager to join the team.
Your role will involve planning and monitoring construction projects, interacting with clients to keep them up to date with the progression of the project, using architectural drawings to manage projects, and working closely with various internal departments.
There is constant investment in people and products, which means you will work in a busy environment. The office is open plan with a strong culture for continuous learning.
The Role:
1. Planning and Monitoring construction projects
2. Customer and Client interaction
3. Working closely with Engineers, Architects, Detailers, Designers
4. Flexible office hours, 2 days a week WFH
The Person:
1. Customer service skills
2. Project Management skills
3. Ability to interpret architectural drawings
4. Commutable to Cookstown
