Your main focus will be in maintaining and processing financial records, assisting with budget preparation, and managing ledgers. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, invoices, proposals, and other necessary accounting documents. Supporting the finance team with budgeting and monthly reporting. Managing accounts payable and receivable, and performing reconciliations. Process payment runs accurately and to strict deadlines. Assisting with credit control, ensuring debts are paid on time. Processing expense forms and petty cash management. Maintaining financial databases and filing systems. Assisting with year-end and audit preparation process. This is a temporary assignment, you will need to be available to start at short notice.
