Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1. Working with customer orders and forecasts to deliver cost-efficient planning.
2. Real-time reviewing of production performance and effective management of unforeseen issues.
3. Working cross-functionally effectively and constructively, ensuring information is available on time to support and enable others to deliver.
4. ERP system management.
5. Maintaining and monitoring WIP & finished product stocks whilst minimising waste.
6. Putting in place action plans to target/eliminate potential waste.
7. Continually looking to identify and implement improvement initiatives that reduce labour spend and waste costs.
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:
1. A strong track record in a similar role, in a retailer-facing food manufacturing organisation (preferably short-life chilled), with a good understanding of the industry.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships both internally and externally.
3. High IT literacy, with particularly strong Excel knowledge.
4. Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.
