Job overview
We are looking for highly motivated and innovative Clinical Support Workers to join our busy team in Dermatology Out Patients based at Altrincham Health and Wellbeing Centre and Kingsgate House in Stockport.

You will be a motivated team player with a flexible attitude and be able to demonstrate commitment to your own professional development. Ideally, you will have an interest in Dermatology.
The main duties include:
* Chaperoning
* Managing outpatient clinics
* Helping to care for patients undergoing minor surgery
* Venepuncture on completion of training
You will be required to work 24 hours over 5 days, Monday to Friday.
This will be a Band 2 Role with progression to Band 3 on completion of required competencies.

Knowledge, Training & Experience
Essential criteria
* Experience of working with members of the public or a desire to work in the Health Service
* Understanding of routine work procedures gained through a short induction period and on-the-job training
Desirable criteria
* Experience of working within a health or social care environment
* Experience of working within a team
Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Care Certificate either upon appointment or within 12 weeks of commencement
* Level 1 Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English and Maths Grade D-G)
Desirable criteria
* NVQ Level 2 in Healthcare or a Level 2 Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship
