A Technical Specialist will provide deep technical expertise in one or more technologies.
About the role
* Provides deep technical consultancy within their area of expertise.
* Delivers complex technical solutions which support the business requirements.
* Assists others in resolving complex technical problems and investigating the root cause of problems and recommends solutions.
* Will provide technical feedback and impact assessments to internal teams and other departments involved in setting up technical standards and/or documentation.
* Participates in the development and review of standards, documentation and methods of working in the relevant area of expertise.
* Considers a broad range of options and applies sound judgement to develop solutions within their specific specialism. Influences direction for their specialism at a senior level.
* Provides advice on technical aspects of system development and integration and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly.
* Participates in peer reviews of deliverables and carries out formal and informal reviews of technical designs, standards, documentation and/or implementations.
* Coaches and leads others in acquiring knowledge, and provides expert advice.
About you
* In-depth functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing,).
* Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
* Strong experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, workflows, and integrations.
* Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration solutions.
* Has deep technical knowledge of the specialist platform, current developments and most commonly available products.
* Able to apply specialist knowledge to solve complex problems.
* Has sound, broad knowledge of IT.
* Expert knowledge of system development techniques and methods.
* Experience of successfully leading technical evaluations.
