Our client produce work, spanning digital, campaigns, publications, and events, it’s a fast-paced, highly-skilled culture that readily adapts to evolving needs and technologies. Essential Experience: Digital design experience: You must have proven experience of creating high-quality digital solutions within the design/branding space e.g. brand identities, website, multi-channel campaigns etc. Innovation delivery: Proven demonstrated success in taking new solutions from initial idea to finished product and embedding new solutions in an agency or other organisation. Collaboration: Extensive digital marketing experience and a track record of working closely with project managers, to deliver excellent client satisfaction on the delivery of digital solutions. Digital marketing: You are a digital-first thinker and strategist with proven experience in designing and successfully delivering multi-platform digital B2B marketing strategies with a hands-on approach to new technology. Client liaison: Proven experience of building trusted relationships with clients which have benefited both client and service provider. The Role: Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll drive the creation of new digital products and services and lead the development and management of a digital team (web, UX/UI, motion, etc.). This will involve supporting the client services team in communicating our client’s digital offering to senior client stakeholders. You’ll ensure the delivery of high-quality digital services and client satisfaction. As a member of the senior management team, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute strategically to the agency's growth. Digital Responsibilities: Progress and innovation: You’ll be proactive and curious about new technologies, and up to date with digital trends and competitor offers. You’ll be at the forefront of digital possibilities by seeking out new services to complement our client’s existing offering. Working with creative, account management, and IT teams, you’ll shape a commercial attractive offering for clients. This will involve investigating technologies in depth and identifying external partners and vendors to enhance capabilities. You’ll work with the digital team to create showcase projects to share with clients. Client relationships: You’ll play an active role in client discussions wherever digital delivery and innovation could improve value to them. This will mean meeting with clients to understand their digital needs and providing strategic advice. Growth and profitability : You’ll collaborate with other agency teams to identify and drive top-line growth from relevant digital solutions. Education and inspiration: You’ll equip the broader team, including client services and design teams, to identify opportunities where digital services can support client needs. Team leadership: You’ll inspire, manage and support digital team fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performance environment where the digital team draw fluidly on the skills and talents of the rest of the agency, and where digital skills are sought by other teams to enhance creative outputs. Measurable performance: You’ll ensure client solutions are measurable with robust metrics to guide future optimisation strategies and demonstrate value to stakeholders. This includes monitoring the effectiveness and value of digital marketing campaigns. Digital capability: Lead the integration of new technologies into the agency’s digital offering. This will involve identifying training requirements and successfully embedding new services into the agency and with clients. Agency Responsibilities: Management team: You’ll be a key member of the agency's management team, contributing to strategic direction, decision-making and a significant contributor to the culture. Growth targets: You’ll help define, manage, and achieve the agency's growth targets. New business: You’ll play a leading role in new business opportunities, bringing digital expertise to agency pitches and contributing to agency marketing efforts.
