We’re seeking a highly capable Business Analyst to support a major digital transformation project with one of our key clients. You’ll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in agile environments, is confident leading workshops, and has strong experience translating complex business requirements into actionable stories and tasks. A digital background is essential, and familiarity with content management systems will be highly regarded. Experience with AEM is a bonus.
What you’ll be doing :
* Engaging with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and prioritise business needs
* Documenting detailed user stories and requirements (front and back end)
* Leading the analysis function and supporting the end-to-end delivery lifecycle
* Managing documentation and tickets via Confluence and Jira
* Maintaining the backlog and participating in Agile ceremonies
What we’re looking for :
* Multiple years’ experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Agile mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach
* Exposure to AEM or similar platforms is a bonus
