Overview:
As a Referrals Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with Local Authorities (LAs) and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to generate referrals for the residential care facilities.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the occupancy and viability of our residential care homes by strategically sourcing and securing placements for individuals in need of care services.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
* Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards, and other relevant agencies responsible for referring individuals to residential care.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for LAs and ICBs, providing information about our care services, capabilities, and availability.
* Regularly engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs, preferences, and requirements for placement.
Referral Generation:
* Develop and implement strategies to increase referrals from Local Authorities and Integrated Care Boards, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.
