Role Overview :
As a Change Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and embedding change initiatives that support platform enhancement and service excellence. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that changes are effectively implemented, aligning with our mission to deliver reliable and customer-centred solutions. This role is crucial in maintaining a seamless user experience and fostering an adaptable, service-led culture .
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute change management strategies for platform updates and service enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum user adoption.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and service teams to align change initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
* Identify potential risks, assess the impact of changes, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
* Drive communication plans, training programs, and support materials to enhance team understanding and readiness for change.
* Track and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, collecting feedback and using data to refine approaches and achieve continuous improvement.
* Foster a service-led mindset across teams, emphasizing customer-focused change that prioritises quality and reliability.
About You:
* Proven experience as a Change Manager, ideally within a platform-driven or service-focused environment.
* Strong understanding of change management principles, with a track record of implementing platform or service changes successfully.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
