In this role you will be directly impacting how we prevent fraud, protect our customers, and ensure compliance with ever-evolving regulations. Youll be key in identifying opportunities to optimise performance, reduce risk and enhance the colleague and customer experience. As a Fraud and Financial Crime Operations Execution Manager, you will: Leading daily performance and risk oversight calls across FFC teams Acting as the subject matter expert for all things Fraud & Financial Crime, providing insight and guidance to stakeholders across First Line Risk, Fraud Strategy, Financial Crime Risk and Customer Operations Partnering with senior leadership to shape risk strategy and operational execution Creating a positive, inclusive culture that champions colleague wellbeing and growth Deputising for the Senior FFC Operations Manager and representing VBG at external industry events when needed Continuously improving processes, training, and team capabilitychallenging the status quo to deliver the best outcomes for customers, colleagues and the business What Were Looking For: In-depth knowledge of fraud and financial crime risks, legislation, and regulations (e.g., CCA, Section 75, CIFAS, AML, Visa dispute) Strong understanding of operational environments, data analysis and risk mitigation Experience leading multi-functional teams, including performance management and development Confidence in managing stakeholders and influencing across departments A blend of operational and risk mindset, with the ability to assess impact and ensure compliance without compromising efficiency Offers are subject to satisfactory background checks, including credit, fraud, and employment references.
