We'd love to have you THE ROLE As Social Media and Community Manager, you will bring Ancient Brave’s brand vision to life communicating with our community in innovative and engaging ways. You’ll be responsible for developing the social media strategy, ensuring that all communications are engaging, cohesive, and align with our brand’s values. Collaborating closely with events and partnerships marketing, e-commerce, digital and retail teams, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing brand recognition across all social channels. REPORTING LINE This role reports directly to the Head of Brand working closely with the Marketing Team and cross-functionally with other departments. RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy & Growth Plan: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance engagement across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. Spearhead growth initiatives and campaigns to elevate our social presence. Key focus on TikTok growth: support the TikTok channel strategy, with a focus on launching and optimising TikTok Shop in the UK and abroad. Content & Collaboration: Collaborate on the social content creation strategy in line with the brand strategy, including developing content that supports the brand's message and engages, educates, and entertains the audience. Collaborate across departments to integrate social media with broader initiatives such as events and partnerships. Analytics & Performance: Conduct market analysis. Regularly analyse social media performance to adapt and refine strategies, reporting results and insights to senior stakeholders. Engagement & Community Management: Designing interactive features and manage community interactions to boost user engagement, building a sense of community spirit. Support the customer support team with community management. Support development of and enforce protocols for social media crisis management to safeguard and promote the brand's reputation. WHO YOU ARE To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience: Proven experience in social media management and community engagement. Confident on camera and to appear in social content. A love of driving customer engagement turning customers into advocates. An interest in creating and developing a community online and IRL (in real life). Strong collaboration skills, able to work closely with the Marketing and Digital teams to align visual content with brand messaging. Excellent time management, able to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
