The Care Systems Support Administrator will provide first line support for colleagues in Care Services to effectively use and manage multiple digital systems and services. This role requires individuals who can work in an agile manner to provide effective first time resolution and to provide a great customer experience.
How you’ll help us make health happen:
* Assist care home and village colleagues to efficiently use our digital systems, for example: rostering, care planning, eAssurance, care enquiries, uniforms etc.
* Act as a subject matter expert for the workforce planning system in Care Services.
* Be knowledgeable about the Care Services digital transformation strategy.
* Triage queries and be able to manage or direct queries for all systems appropriately.
* Investigate and respond to ad-hoc requests providing comprehensive solutions or explanations, for example, supporting the business with complex pay queries.
* Understand and adhere to the agreed SLAs for the Care Systems Support Team, calls/emails/regular tasks.
* Utilise a combination of technical and service-focused skills in delivering a high quality service for Care Services colleagues.
* Ensure new policies and procedures are adhered to, escalating appropriately when required.
* Support Care Services colleagues to use and implement new processes and tools.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* Have a good understanding and knowledge in digital systems.
* Experience of Microsoft Office applications, Excel in particular.
* Working knowledge of how to manage data in Microsoft Excel.
* Good communication skills.
* Be able to demonstrate good stakeholder management skills across a wide range of different stakeholders.
