Salary: £23,669 rising to £24,165 per annum (Professional Services Grade 4 & 4a)

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Admissions Advisor to join our Admissions team in Trowbridge on a permanent basis. As an Admissions Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless admissions journey for our applicants, from initial contact to enrolment.
Admissions Advisor - Key Responsibilities:
Admission Journey:
* Guide and Support: Ensure that the admissions journey is smooth and meets college expectations.
* Provide Guidance: Offer information, advice, and guidance to applicants, helping them make informed decisions.
* Efficient Processing: Process applications promptly and accurately.
* Organisation: Co-ordinate applicant interviews with curriculum teams and ensure that outcomes are communicated to applicants in a timely manner.
* Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for all applicants.
* Event Participation: Attend and support student recruitment events, showcasing the college's offerings. Be a vital part of the full-time enrolment team to complete the admissions journey.
Client Relationship Management:
* Build Connections: Develop strong relationships with applicants and their families, and key contacts at feeder schools, ensuring a high level of customer service.
* Collaborate: Work closely with curriculum teams to align admissions processes with program offerings.
* Promote Opportunities: Highlight the college's courses and opportunities to prospective students.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Teamwork: Collaborate with internal teams to support student recruitment and sector-specific campaigns.
* Utilise Technology: Use our Management Information System to track and manage applicant interactions and admissions activities.
Admissions Advisor - You:
We are looking for someone who is:
* Qualified: Holds GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above. A Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or willingness to work towards it is desirable.
* Experienced: Experience in the education sector is beneficial but not essential.
* Personable: Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proactive: Takes ownership of their work and is self-motivated.
* Organised: Able to manage a substantial workload and prioritise effectively.
* Empathetic: Understanding and supportive of applicants' needs.
