Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Keighley area as they look to recruit a Finance Administrator into their team on a full time, permanent basis.Responsibilities: Analysing data and uploading courier recharges Setting up and maintaining customer files and accounts Credit Control duties Supplier statement reconciliations Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Office management including placing orders for office and customers Collaborate with other team members to ensure financial compliance Assist with other ad hoc duties as required Person Specification: Previous experience in finance administration or a related field Proficiency in using Excel Experience in using a ticket system Attention to detail and strong organisational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities If this looks like a role of interest then please get in touch or apply now
