But that’s not all! You’ll also be enrolled into our 6-month training plan as part of your onboarding, and have half a day of training per month to continue your professional development by undertaking Microsoft exams, paid for by us.
The Package:
* Salary: Up to £40,000 per year, depending on experience
* OTB: £6,000 to £10,000 per year.
* Location: Swinford, Oxfordshire, with occasional client site visits

The Role:
* Provide both remote and on-site IT support to a diverse range of clients.
* Build trusted client relationships and offer expert advice on IT strategies.
* Plan and deliver technical projects, including infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
* Troubleshoot network issues, configure devices, and maintain high service standards.
* Collaborate with the wider team to ensure exceptional client experiences.
About You:
* Skilled in configuring and maintaining Microsoft 365, with experience in migrations, ideally within an MSP.
* Knowledgeable in networking, including TCP/IP, firewalls, VLANs, and switches.
* Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server and associated technologies.
* Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills.
* IT certifications (e.g., MCP, Microsoft Fundamentals) are a bonus, as are skills in Azure and Intune.
