Customer Service Representative

The Role
1. Communicate with customers using a variety of customer contact systems, e.g. phone, e-mail, Live Chat, to sell, retain, and transact policies.
2. Provide customers with relevant product information that is clear, fair, and not misleading, allowing them to make an informed decision.
3. Deliver against a set of Key Performance Indicators that will be provided to you by your line manager.
4. Provide a great customer experience that enables higher sales conversion, retention performance, and customer satisfaction scoring.
5. Always treat customers fairly.
6. Ensure you keep up to date with your own personal development, including the mandatory regulatory standards.
7. Proactively influence a positive culture within your team to help improve performance and staff satisfaction.
8. Demonstrate a competent level of product, system, and technical knowledge through regular training and assessment.
9. Understand and apply all legal, regulatory, information security, and compliance requirements and report any breaches when identified.
10. Demonstrate the ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
The Candidate
1. A passion for Customer Service.
2. Computer literate – demonstrate use of MS Office.
3. Rapport building skills to be able to speak with our customers and build relationships.
4. Can-do positive attitude towards customers and team members alike.
5. Self-driven to continuously improve performance.
