Responsibilities
:
1. Oversee and manage the financial aspects of the project, including cost estimation, cost control, and cost reporting
2. Monitor and track project costs, assessing any changes or deviations from the original budget
3. Familiarity with the NEC change and cost process is essential
4. Prepare accurate and detailed reports, providing valuable insights on project progress
5. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations
6. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any commercial issues
7. Provide expert advice on contractual matters and help mitigate risks
8. Conduct thorough assessments of contract documents and identify any potential issues
9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying and civil engineering
Benefits:
